time, I am going to give you a little activity that you can try. I have a
recipe to make sweet martabak. This cake has a shape like omelet and it is
often sold on the side of road. Its so smooth and delicious taste inside mouth
makes a lot of people really want to make it. Anyway, this recipe can also be
used to make it in small size. Well, the following are how to make it :
Ø Ingredients you need :
1. 250 g
of wheat flour,
2. An
egg,
3. 30 g
of sugar,
4. 400
mL of liquid milk,
5. A
half of tea spoon of salt,
6. A
half of tea spoon of baking soda,
7. Butter.
Ø Content :
a. Sweet
thick milk (e.g. : Frisian flag milk, etc),
b. Chocolate
sprinkles,
c. Grated
cheese,
d. Nuts,
strawberry, up to your desire.
Ø Steps :
1. Put
the wheat flour, egg, sugar, liquid milk, and salt into a large bowl. Then,
stir them evenly with spatula. You may filter it if it becomes clod.
2. Wait for
an hour in room temperature.
3. Prepare
an anti-sticky flat frying pan. Meanwhile, mix the baking soda with a little
water and then put it into dough and stir it well.
4. Pour
about two or three large spoons of dough into the frying pan. After that, distribute
evenly while it is being shaken.
5. Sow a
little sugar, then close the frying pan and bake it in medium flame until the dough
looks dry. It is better to use frying pan’s cover made from glass, so that you
can see its ripeness.
6. When the
martabak is ripe, raise it up from the frying pan and then put it on a cutting
board. After that, smear the top with butter.
7. Then,
add sweet thick milk sufficiently. After that, sow it with the content, such as
chocolate sprinkles, grated cheese, etc.
8. Fold the
martabak and … delicious!!! The sweet martabak from you is ready to eat.
